Nora Vick Adkins, 83, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Born March 6, 1933 in Wayne County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Percie and Orpah Adkins, she retired as a display setter and manager at Kmart and a member of Lakeside Community Church. She is survived by a niece Susie (George) Salisbury; two great nieces, and four great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Raymond Adkins. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Woodmere Memorial Park in Huntington, West Virginia with Pastor Gerald Penix officiating.
