Norma Jean Lawhorn, 81 , of Wheelersburg, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born September 3, 1943 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Raymond and Louise (Crager) Gammon. She was a homemaker, worked at Harts, Wal-Mart, and was a caregiver to her grandson, the light of her life.

She is survived by her children, Dennis (Kimberly) Lawhorn, Gary (Dayna) Lawhorn, Melissa (Danny) Stevenson; three grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; two sisters, Lena Smith, Judy Johnson, and three brothers, Phil Gammon, Ron Gammon, and Roy Gammon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Brant Lawhorn on December 7, 2019, and one brother, Paul Gammon.

Funeral services will be conducted at Noon Friday, January 10, 2025 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Zack Conkel officiating. Burial will be at White Gravel Cemetery in Minford.
