Obituary

Orville Mullins, Jr., 81 of Wheelersburg went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born March 7, 1941 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Orville and Willa Mae Andrews Mullins, was a machinists and Pastor of several churches. Orville is survived by his wife, Charlotte Smith Mullins; one daughter, Sherrie (Chris) Blair; eleven grandchildren, Sarah Kent, Kevin La Framboise, Jeremiah La Framboise, Charlotte La Framboise, Charity Hiles, Rebecca Mullins, Terry "TJ" Mullins, II, Katelyn Shepherd, Charlene Kettler, Lilly Mullins, London Mullins; twelve great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Jeanette Mullins; two brothers, Tom Mullins, Raymond Mullins; two sisters, Wanda Catalfina, Linda Catalfina; his caregiver, Darlene Rife, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Terry Mullins, Kevin Mullins, and four brothers, Leroy Mullins, Jerry Mullins, Jim Mullins, and Steven Mullins. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2022 at Minford Bible Baptist with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Burial will be in South Webster Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford.
