Patricia Elaine Coburn, 67, of Minford passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at her residence. Born November 10, 1948 in McAndrews, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Buddy and Martha Alice (Leedy) Ball, she was a graduate of Belfry High School and received a degree in nursing from Shawnee State University. Pat was the Director of Nursing at Hempstead Manor for 20 years and was a nurse at SOMC. She is survived by her husband, John A. "Tony" Coburn; a daughter, Angela Renee (Joe) Blankenship of Pataskala; two sons, Kevin Todd (Missy) Ward of Rosemount, Jason Keith (Britney) Ward of Reynoldsburg; two grandchildren, Kacy Jo Blankenship, Emmitt Todd Ward; brothers and sisters, Polly Francis, Jerry Ball, Robbie Ball, Sue Akers, and Jeff Ball; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Scotty Ball. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Gary Dheel officiating. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery in Minford. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday.
