Patricia Ann Combs, 75 , of Minford passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at home. Born August 29, 1945 in West Jefferson, a daughter of the late Ray Hansford and Martha Lettesha "Ruth" Bentley Wright, she was a homemaker and nurse's aide. Patricia was a foster care provider for 18 years and attended Old Philadelphia Church.

She is survived by three sons, James K. (Tracy) Hay, Jamie Keith (Tonda) Hay, Ralph Anthony "Tony" Mills; four step-sons, Eddie (Jennifer) Combs, Sherman Mills, Clearance Mills, James Mills; two step-daughters, Rita Montgomery, Linda Mills; fourteen grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Phillip Marion Hay, Harvey Mills, Roger Combs; one son, Kevin Mills; one great grandchild, and two brothers, Danny Wright and Roger Ray Wright.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at West Jefferson Cemetery, 400 West Main Street, West Jefferson, Ohio with Kevin Hay officiating.
