Paul C. Fannin, 73 , of Jackson, Ohio, died April 23, 2021 in his home.

Born February 7, 1948 in Paintsville, Kentucky, a son of the late Gerald Fannin and Adaline Reed Fannin, he graduated Paintsville High School in 1966 and later became a pipefitter and member of the Pipefitters Local 248 in Ashland, Kentucky.
