Paul Timothy "Tim" Taulbee, 67 of Minford passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022 at SOMC. He was born February 17, 1955 in South Webster, a son of the late James Frank and Catherine (Lauder) Taulbee. Tim was a retired court bailiff at Portsmouth Municipal Court with 30 years of service. He was always known as the guy with the white shirt. He is survived by his wife, Karla (Risner) Taulbee; two step-sons, Anthony (Kathy) Sparks, Steven Sparks; two step-grandsons, Marty Sparks, Billy Eichenlaub; one brother, Jim (Wanda) Taulbee, and three sisters, Linda (Ken) Days, Catherine (Johnny) Simmering, Rita (Tom) Kittles. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 21, 2022 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be in South Webster Cemetery.
