Pauline Payne, 86, of Columbus, a former Minford area resident passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus. She was born October 5, 1930 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late James and Berta (Hall) Brafford. She is survived by a son, Dennis Payne; a daughter, Roxanne Sy; three brothers, Lester Brafford, Buster Brafford, Terry Brafford; a sister, Ruby Rood, 22 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Brafford and two sisters, Hazel Brafford and Mary Clark. Funeral services will be conducted Noon Monday, August 14, 2017 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Dennis Bell officiating. . Burial will be at White Cemetery in Minford.
