Richard Howard Culp, 68, of Minford, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. Born April 20, 1948 a son of the late Howard Culp and Kathleen (Humphries) Culp Locher, he was a graduate of Minford High School Class of 1966, and was an employee of Minford Local Schools. He is survived by his wife, Angela (Neal) Culp, three sons, Richard H. Culp, Jr., Joey Dale Culp, Chad A. Culp; a daughter, Kathy Brewster; a sister, Karen Boston, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted Noon Friday, January 6, 2016 at White Gravel Cemetery in Minford with Brother Roy Chaffin officiating.
