Richard H. Culp, Jr., 48 , of Sciotoville, a former Minford area resident, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He was born February 25, 1974 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Richard Howard and Ester Messer Culp. Richard loved to fish, hunt, ride motorcycles and spending time with his family.

He is survived by one son, Kyle (Nicole) Culp of Ironton; two daughters, Ashley Culp of Oak Hill, Elizabeth Culp of Piketon; four grandchildren, Serenity Culp, Abigail Culp both of Ironton, Justin Swords, Mia Swords both of Piketon; two brothers, Joey D. Culp of Jackson, Chad A. Culp of Sciotoville; one sister, Kathy (Nathan) Carol of Sciotoville; several nieces and one nephew. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents.
