Roger "Mack" Smith, 78 of Lucasville passed away Monday, May 31, 2021 at SOMC Hospice. Born October 10, 1942 in Beaver, a son of the late Malcolm and Ethel Irvin Smith, he was a 1962 Beaver High School graduate and was a heavy equipment mechanic. Mack was a founding member of Teays Valley Tractor Pullers Club and was a member of Southern Ohio Farm Power of the Past Tractor Club.

He is survived by one son, Scott (Karyn) Smith; two daughters, Cindy (Larry) Sherman, Teresa (Aaron "Scoob") Alvelo; six grandchildren, Erin (Arrick) Wiseman, Corey Sherman, (her fiancé, Mason Jones), Taran Alvelo, Alex Smith, Blake Smith, Cole Smith; two great grandchildren, Kellan and Kayden Wiseman, and one sister, Betty Swick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Fred Smith.

Visitation will be conducted on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Private graveside services will be at Bennett Cemetery in Minford. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
