Rolene Bernice Malott, 94 of Columbus, a former Minford area resident, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber in Columbus. Born March 15, 1926 in New Boston, a daughter of the late Roland and Edna Lewis King, she was a former employee of Lazarus and was a member of Harrison Mills Church of Christ in Christian Union.

She is survived by a daughter, Barbara (Dave) Johnston; three sons, Larry (Darlene) Meadows, Sonny (Candy) Meadows, Jimmy (Kathy) Malott; ten grandchildren; and many great and great great grandchildren; a brother, Rick King, and four sisters, Joyce, Carol, Vicki and Gayle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Elbert Oliver Meadows, James Alva Malott; a son, Timothy Paul Malott; six brothers, Arnold King, Richard King, Duran King, Michael King, Walter King, Jack King and one sister Audrey Rahn.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 4, 2021 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Mike Hannah officiating. Friends may call from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service on Monday.
