Ronald Boggs, 80, of Clarktown, passed Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth. Born June 30, 1935 in Portsmouth, Ohio a son of the late Novle K. and Imogene Kelly (Doss) Boggs, he retired from OSCO in Portsmouth, and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Fred H. Boggs, David K. Boggs, Richard Boggs, Kenneth Boggs, and a very special friend Clarabelle Slack. Graveside services will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg with Harold Harness officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by James Irwin Post No. 622 American Legion and William A. Baker Post No. 363. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home.
