Rosalyn Fannin, 78 of Lucasville passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Adena Pike Medical Center in Waverly. She was born February 2, 1944 in Waverly to the late Paul and Hazel Bell and was the owner of R&H Painting.

She is survived by two daughters, Tena Conley, Tracey (Joe) Bandy; one granddaughter, April (Steve) Slusher; two great grandsons, Brennen and Logan Slusher; sister, Shirley (Richard) Wood; sister-in-law, Ada Bell, and special cousins, Linda Burns and Shirley Maxwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Fannin, Jr. on December 21, 2015; two brothers, Paul Bell, Jr., Darrell Bell, and her nephew, Brian Bell.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 25, 2022 at Evergreen Union Cemetery with Jimmy Dummitt officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
