Rosco Claude Webb, 42, of Lucasville, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026, at SOMC Hospice. He was born August 17, 1983, in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Robert Kent and Peggy Jean (Koehler) Webb. He graduated from Eastern High School in 2001, furthered his professional skills by completing the Police Academy at Ohio University of Chillicothe, and earned a certificate in Industrial Maintenance from the Scioto County Career Technical Center. His dedication and discipline were reflected in both his military service during the Iraq conflict and was a dedicated U.S. Army veteran and proud Eagle Scout. Roscoe Claude Webb’s life was marked by honor, bravery, and a steadfast dedication to those he loved. His contributions as a soldier, a son, a father, and a friend will be remembered with great respect and affection.
He is survived by his son, Keith Webb; his siblings, Christa (Kenny) Dyer, Brian Webb, and Robert (Carla) Webb; nieces and nephews, Brittani Dyer, Kendall (Justine Pangrac) Dyer, Jessica Webb, and Miranda (Matt) Baughman; his great nieces and nephews, Masey Dyer, Easton Pangrac, Elona Dyer, and Cooper Baughman; former wife, Eileen Walsh, and his best buddy, Cyrus, along with numerous aunts and uncles.
In addition to his parents, Roscoe was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roscoe & Violet Koehler and Claude & Helen Webb, as well as one nephew, Adam Webb.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2026 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Mike Hannah officiating. Burial will be at Stockdale Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Sunday. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
