Samantha Nicole Hodge, 31 of Portsmouth passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022 at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born February 2, 1991 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Leonard and Diana Triggs Hodge. In addition to her parents, she is survived by four children, Aliea Hodge-Adkins, David Ray Adkins, Abygail Blevins, Lillian Blevins; three brothers, Kenny Stapleton, Asa Bentley, Jeremy Triggs; three sisters, Brandy Dunn, Anna Shoults, Trista Childers; several nieces and nephews, and two great nieces. She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Kimberly Triggs. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford.
