Scotty Richard Parker, 47 of Wheelersburg passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 at his residence. He was born January 25, 1974 to Debra Parker and the late Don Howard, he was a roofer.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Shawna Parker; three daughters, Kayla Adkins, Brooklin Parker, Brittney Parker; seven grandchildren; one sister, Amanda Richmond, and one brother, Greg Baker. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two sons, Scotty Parker, Jr., Brandon Parker, and his first wife, Angie Parker.
