Stephanie Ann Horner Johnson Chaney of Hillsboro, formerly of South Webster, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 at her home. She was born October 16, 1960 in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of the late Jesse and Dorothy Adkins Horner.

She is survived by a brother, Ricky Horner; a sister, Lisa (Lonnie) Sheets; one grandson, Trenten Johnson; a sister-in-law, Sherri Horner; two nieces, Cherie Ann (Lorne) Justice, Ashley (Aaron) Kamer; three nephews, Ryan (Tia) Horner, Cody (Jordan) Sheets, Dustin (Ashley) Sheets, and many great nieces and nephews, Keegan and Deacon Justice and Xavier Kamer, Jesslyn, Paislee, Ace and Wesley Horner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Tim Johnson; her 2nd husband, Doug Chaney; three brothers, Jesse Horner, Jr., Robert Horner, Christopher Horner, and one sister in infancy, Angela.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Shannon Compton officiating. Burial will be in South Webster Cemetery.
