Steven William Miller, 60, of Minford, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. Born November 10, 1956, in Portsmouth, a son of the late Bill Miller and Frieda (Manning) Slusher, he was an employee of RMC Composites and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife, Vivian (Vest) Miller; two sons, Steven (Lisa) Miller of Texas, Shane Miller of Ohio; a daughter, Tabitha (Nick) Drake of Chillicothe; eight grandchildren; Devin, Christian, Carlie, Tyler, Tristan, Caleb, Owen, Destiny; two brothers, and three sisters. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2017 at White Cemetery with Brother Roy Chaffin officiating.
