Teresa Lynn Risner, 55 , of Wheelersburg passed away Monday, September 28, 2020 at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth. Born January 10, 1965 in Fairfield County, a daughter of the late Raymond and Ocie Marie (Moore) Young, a 1982 graduate of Lancaster High School.

She is survived by her husband, Vernon Risner and a daughter, Alyssa Risner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Timothy Paul Risner and a brother, Raymond Patrick Young.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 2, 2020 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Minford.
