Teresa Lynn Scott, 55, of Minford, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at her home. She was born on February 22, 1971, in Columbus, Ohio, to Ernest Ray (Connie) Ross and the late Velma Louise (Hay) Ross, and will be remembered with deep love by all who knew her.

Teresa devoted herself to her work as the supervisor for the call center at Continental Solutions. She carried the responsibilities of her position with dedication and care, and her steady presence was an important part of the lives of those around her. Teresa was a woman whose heart was full of love for her children, extended family, and especially for her dad and grandchildren.

Above all, Teresa’s life was centered on family. She is survived by two sons, Michael (Bailey) Hutton, Dillone (Alyssa) Scott; one daughter, Alexandrea (Zachary) Baisden-Scott; 13 grandchildren, Hayden, Ely, Jackson, Cameron, Braxton, Jameson, Karaline, Wyatt, Olivia, Lyla, Ella, Harlow, Lincoln; two sisters, Lisa (Tom) Kirk, Joan Ross; one brother, RJ (Ashley) Ross, along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to her mother, Teresa was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ely Scott, Jr. on November 14, 2025.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Jimmy Lee Ross officiating. Burial will be at Salisbury Cemetery.
