Thomas Anthony "Riggo" Riggs, 59 , of Lucasville went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his loving daughters. He passed Sunday, March 28, 2021 at SOMC Hospice. Born April 1, 1961 in Okinawa, a son of Thomas and Linnie Lemaster Riggs and was a graduate of Russell High School.  He was a truck driver, a truck driving instructor, was an avid bowler, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a US Air Force veteran. Tommy will be missed by his family and friends all of whom he loved dearly.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three daughters, Amber (Eric) Owens, Valerie (Brandon) Hale, Brittany Tarantino; nine grandchildren, Bryce, Serenity, Sydnie, Kayleigh, Bradley, Aiden, Felix, Bella, Gannon; two brothers, Terry (Julie) Riggs, Troy (Barb) Riggs, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Bob Davis officiating. Burial will be at Universal Cemetery.
