Timothy Keith Storey, 75 , of Portsmouth passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at SOMC. He was born January 29, 1946 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Willard Clyde and Roberta Ruth Sagar Storey. Tim was retired from Portsmouth Fire Department and was a retired Maintenance Manger for National Guard Armory. He was a lifetime member of American Legion James Dickey Post 23, American Veterans, and was a US Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sharma Nunley Storey; his children, Tammy (Dave) Brown, Carrie Roe, Gwen (Bubba) Suter, Jason (Lee Ann) Storey; six grandchildren, Boyd Suter, Mikhaila Roe, Max Suter, Madison Suter, Jacob Storey, Eli Storey; one brother, John Storey, and four sisters, Phyllis VanQuill, Nancy Adkins, Julie Bowles, Kimberly Storey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Patrick Storey, Willard Storey, Robert Storey, and one sister, Rebecca Paul.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of SOMC and Dr. Katpally.

Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 27, 2021 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Burial will be at the Kentucky Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Greenup County. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. prior to the service on Monday. The family requests that masks be worn.
