Vicki L. Blevins, 63, of Minford, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Born April 22, 1954 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Charles Bert and Phyllis Jean Bower Cornwell, she was a 1972 Minford High School graduate, was a member of Grace Baptist Church and was a Sunday school teacher. Vicki touched so many lives as she babysat for many families in her home and their home for many children, even generations of families. She felt as though these were her children, she will be dearly missed. She is survived by her husband, Roy Blevins; two brothers, Ralph (Patsy) Cornwell of Colorado, Brian (Becky) Cornwell of Hilliard; nieces and nephews, Sherry (Scot) Lawson of Minford, Chad (Brent) Cornwell of Florida, Brandy (Jeff) Mullins of Portsmouth, Sara (Shawn) Creed of Colorado, Misty (Shannon) Holbrook of Minford, Amanda (Matt) Driskell of Hilliard, Abby (Kevin) Eldridge of Hilliard, and Brian Cornwell of Hilliard; great nieces and nephews, Ethan, Charlee and Annie Lawson, Levi and Luke Holbrook, Sawyer and Laney Mullins, Dominic, Preston and Sorica Creed, Jack Eldridge, and her dog, Scrappy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis Sue Adkins and her brother-in-law, Bill Adkins. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Rob McKinney officiating. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery in Minford. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
