Wanda Jean Ruggles, 69, of Minford, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019 at SOMC Hospice. Born June 16, 1949 in Scioto County and a daughter of the late William and Gladys Bates Culver. She was a homemaker. She is survived by three children, Billie (Steve Garrett) Ruggles of Minford, Bobbie (Jonnie) Taylor of Minford, Mickie (James) Stapleton of Wheelersburg; four grandchildren, Lorie (Chris McGrail) Taylor, Jesse Taylor, Rebecca (Jonathon Throckmorton) Stapleton, Derek (Morgan Charles) Stapleton; one sister, Patricia (Roger) Wagner of Wheelersburg; two brothers, Dewey (Cindy) Akers of Columbus, Frank (Carol) Akers of Columbus, and four special girls she considered great grandkids, Avalon, Alexa, Keyli and Brye. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Jim Dummitt officiating.
