Wesley Dean Newsom, 47, of Kodak, Tennessee, went home to his Lord, August 30, 2015. He was born April 2, 1968, a son of Dennis and Carol Newsom. He was preceded in death by a special cousin, Jeremy Newsom; his grandparents, George and Nell Bellman, and great grandparents, Wesley and Sarah Slack.In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Wesley Ross Newsom; siblings, Michael Newsom and Renee Newsom; grandparents, Thomas R. and Delsie King; uncles, Ted (Linda) Newsom and Bill King; cousins, Tonya (Steve) Fry, Jason (Mel) Newsom, Michaela Missler, Noah Newsom, Angela (Wade) Lute, Theodore Godfrey, Anthony (Cindy) Godfrey, and a special uncle and aunt, Dwaine and Dearie Godfrey. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 5, 2015 at South Webster Cemetery with Rev. John King officiating.
