Wilma Imogene Lowder, 81, of Waverly, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 at National Church Residences Bristol Village in Waverly. Born August 16, 1934 in Virgie, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Russell and Lille Jane Tackett Anderson and she was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Dow (Denise) Lowder, Jr. of Waverly; two daughters, Brenda Lowder of Canal Winchester, Sharon Bartley of Columbus; a daughter-in-law, Beverly Lowder of Minford; 13 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren, and four sisters, Norene Blevins, Betty Euton, Freda K. Anderson, and Rita Ann Lehman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dow Lowder in 1976; two sons, Frank Lowder and Rick Lowder; four grandchildren; four brothers, Vadis Anderson, Russell Anderson, Jr., Morris Anderson, and Douglas Anderson, and one sister, Carol Proctor. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Bryan Davis officiating. Burial will be at Granny Thomas Cemetery in Kentucky.
