Carl Lester Mullins

Carl Lester Mullins, 75, of Wheelersburg, Ohio passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025 surrounded by family. He was born March 28, 1950 in Scioto County, Ohio, he was the son of the late Dell and Salie Mullins.

Carl proudly served his country in the United States Air Force as a Fireman and retired from the Coca-Cola Bottling Company.

Also preceding him in death are three brothers, Floyd, Elmer and Randy Mullins, and one sister, Edith Kelly.

Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Debra Jean; one daughter, Lisa Dawn (James) Biars; four brothers, Glen of Wakeman, Ohio, Earnie of Amarillo, TX, Roy (Bev) of Grove Port of Ohio, Ricky of Minford; one sister, Ree (Charlie) of Minford, many nieces, nephews, and his two special dogs, Brendel and Candy Man.

A graveside service will be conducted Friday, April 4, 2025 at White Cemetery in Minford with Mike Wyatt officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by James Irwin Post No. 622 American Legion and William A.
