Carlos Delano Risner

Carlos Delano Risner, 87, of St. Albans, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Hubbard Hospice West in South Charleston, WV.  He was born March 7, 1937 in Lacey, Kentucky, a son of the late Garland and Carma McGuire Risner. He retired from Greyhound Bus Lines with 30 years of service and was a proud US Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Connie (Kirk) Risner; one daughter, Christi Dione (John) Clark; two sisters, Sue (Ron) LeBrun, Bonnie Smith; three brothers, John (Debbie) Risner, Gene (Janet) Risner, Kenneith Risner, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Risner and Darrell Risner.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Mondy October 14, 2024 at Bailey Chapel Cemetery in Piketon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice.
