David Wells Oberley

David Wells Oberley, born April 3, 1937 went to be with his Lord on February 22, 2025 at 9:34 p.m. at 87 years of age. He was born in Minford, Ohio and moved to Crossville, TN to live with his daughter Letisha Grace. He was a 1955 Minford High School graduate where he played basketball and baseball.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Joyce Oberley and two brothers, Cleo and Ronald Oberley. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Letisha Grace Oberley; his parents, Wells and Mae Oberley, and his brother, Randall Oberley.

David was a good mechanic and fixed Tisha’s first car with hand controls that she could drive. David was a member of Trinity Tabernacle of Crossville, TN.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Bennett Cemetery with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
