Debra "Debbie" Sue Conley

Debra "Debbie" Sue Conley, 60, of Lucasville, died August 31, 2025 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. Born December 31, 1964 in East Chicago, Indiana, the daughter of the late Revery Whitt Conley and the late James D. Conley, she was employed by Bomex Corporation. She is survived by three nephews: James Mitchell Conley of Middleport, Zachary Scott Conley of Peebles, and James Scott Conley, II of Lucasville; a niece: McCady Mae; and a great niece and nephew, Jade Elizabeth Conley and Timothy Ray Conley. She shared her life with and is survived by Patty Jenkins. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother James Scott Conley.

Debbie spent her life taking care of others. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and partner. She loved fiercely and was extremely loyal to those she loved. If she didn't like you, you probably knew that too. She was the type of person who never let time diminish a relationship. Time could go by without contact, but she could pick back up where you left off as if no time had passed. She will be missed beyond words.

A graveside memorial will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 2 PM at White Cemetery in Minford, Ohio. We welcome all who knew her to join and share your favorite memories of Debbie. All are welcome to share. A small bouquet of flowers would be appreciated.
