Frances Catherine Montgomery

Frances Catherine Montgomery, 95, of Lucasville, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025. She was born March 20, 1930 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Dag and Bertha (Born) Martin, and was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Randy Montgomery, Mark (Tami) Montgomery, Mike (Annie) Montgomery; three daughters, Mary Etterling, Margaret Brown, Sandy McCann; 25 grandchildren, and many great and great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Hazel” Montgomery on July 27, 2022; three sons, Charles Montgomery, Jr., Dave Montgomery, James Montgomery; one daughter, Deborah Horner, and one daughter-in-law, Sherry Montgomery.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2025 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Blaine Etterling officiating.
