Jacob Wallace Laber

Jacob Wallace Laber, 82 of Wheelersburg passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Rosemount Pavilion. He was born October 28, 1939 in Morristown, Vermont, a son of the late Loyal Marcel and Hazel Abbott Laber and was a farmer.

He is survived by two sons, Phillip Laber, Jacob Laber; two step-sons, Jerry Sparks, Kevin Sparks; one daughter, Marjorie “Elaine” Alley; eleven grandchildren; one brother, Harold Laber; one sister, Marjorie Woods.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Joye Laber; one grandson, Charlie Laber, and four brothers.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
