Karla Shope Obituary
Karla Yvonne Shope, 71, of Lucasville passed away Friday, January 9, 2026 at Concord Health & Rehab in Wheelersburg. She was born November 5, 1954 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Carlos and Shirley (Miller) Bishop-Webb, and was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Jason (Shannon) Shope, Jeff (Angie) Shope; three grandchildren, Katelyn Rayburn, Cheyenne Shope, Macy Shope; one great grandchild, Kyndri Rayburn, and one sister, Angie Picard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Moses Beecher Shope, and one sister, Julie Allen.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Garvin Cemetery with David Lute officiating. Visitation will be held at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
