Obituary
Naomi Marie Dever, 89 of Minford passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the home of her daughter. She was born December 5, 1933 in Minford, a daughter of the late Lee and Martha M. Garrett Warren. She was a 1952 graduate of Minford High School, was a former employee of the A-Plant and Clerk of Courts, and attended Minford Bible Baptist Church.
Naomi is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Gayle & Randy Roffe; two grandchildren, Megan (Dustin) Lee, and Wesley Roffe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray E. Dever on May 3, 2012 whom she married August 29, 1954; two brothers, Willis Warren, Boyd Warren, and three sisters, Althea Parker, Mildred Thompson, and Virginia Casteel.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery in Minford. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
