Paul David Bays

Paul David Bays, 67 of South Webster passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 at SOMC Hospice. Born November 17, 1954 in Portsmouth, a son of Joann Munion Spradlin and the late Delbert Bays, he was a former employee of the Scioto County Engineer and was a US Navy veteran.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Monia Martin Bays; two sons, Raymond Martin, Floyd Bays; one daughter, Samantha Ward; one brother, Richard Bays; four step-brothers, David Bays, Delbert Bays, Sam Bays, Dwayne Spradlin, and six grandsons. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, James Bays.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Junior Furnace Cemetery in Franklin Furnace with Larry Brisker officiating.
