Peggy Potters, 74, of Portsmouth, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024 in Rosemount Pavilion. She was born June 26, 1950 in Portsmouth. Peggy loved her beautiful flower beds and faithfully watched her Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, and Chicago PD. She also was famous for her ham that she made during the Holidays. Peggy was of the Baptist faith. She had fought a long battle, but won the victory during her last day.
Peggy is survived by her children, Roger Maddix of Rosemount, Lee “Boo” Slusher of Portsmouth, and Timothy Carver, Jr. of Portsmouth; one sister, Joan Fodge of Wheelersburg; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren, along with a niece and nephew.
Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Potters; her mother, Wannah (Hicks) Fisher; her father, Ora Webb, and one sister in infancy, Pamela Webb.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2024 at Harrison-Furnace Cemetery with John Harless officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
