Russell K. Smith

Russell K. Smith, 33, of Minford, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025 at his residence. He was born August 1, 1991 in Dayton, a son of Tim Smith and the late Jacqueline “Jackie” Foster Smith. Russell was an auto repairman, worked in food service and attended Minford Community Church.

In addition to his father, he is survived by two brothers, Charles Thomas, Timothy; his grandmother, Nancy Smith; grandfather, Russell Foster, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maya Smith.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Chris Oiler officiating. Burial will be in Smith-Oberley Cemetery in Minford. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
