William Gregory Cordle

William Gregory Cordle, 67, of Minford, passed away Friday, January 2, 2026 at SOMC ER. He was born January 7, 1958 in Portsmouth, a son of the late William and Helen Jean (Burchett) Cordle. He retired from the Atomic Plant, and was a member of Welcome Home Christian Fellowship.

He is survived by one sister, Gwen (Kenny) Webb; two brothers, Billy Joe (Pat) Cordle, Jeffrey Cordle; special friend, Debbie Shump, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Sue Blaine.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Roy Bennett officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by James Irwin Post No. 622 and William A. Baker Post 363. Burial will be at White Cemetery in Minford.
